Attach this excellent thermometer to your SS Brewtech Kettle. Kettles from SS Brewtech do NOT come with thermometer's. 

We like this thermomter because it is accurate to /- 1%, it is made from 304 Stainless Steel, includes high temp silicone o-rings.

AND it has a bulk head which means the thermometer probe does not stick out nearly as much as normal thermometer probes do. Why is that important? Less chance of ripping your brew bag when pulling 11LBs of hot spent grains from your kettle.
